Hi everyone,
there will be one room with balcony released soon and it will be ideal for whoever wants to move in the end of March or latest 1st April, 2024.
It is a 3-room shared apartment on 6th floor, and there is a customer elevator avaliable too.
The room will be released with unfurnitured and it is euqipped with a balcony facing the backyard of the building. You can see the sunshine and a bit sunset furing the day and the environment is also quiet.
There are also a seperated toilet from the bathroom, a kitchen with a brighten city view and you can see a hill afar. If you like somewhere is quite but also loactes in the city, this is a perfect and afforable option for you.
All geneder, nations and ages are wleocmed :)

My curent avaliability will be Monday, Wednesday evening after 6:30pm and weekend afternoon between 3:30-6:30pm.

The location is next to Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich on Europapl. street, so you can park at the street at certain hours.
There are few bus routes (12, 17, 19, 25, 41, 43) avaliable within 5 miniutes walking distance, and you can easily access to city center 10-15 miniutes by foot as well. The life is always easier in the city.
There will be around €20-30 for bills monthly. If you choose to share some miscellaneous expenses with other two housemates, it is also an option (not mandatory).
The redemption cost is €100, for all Cutlery, dishes, kettles, all kinds of containers in the kitchen we bought. You can transfer to next tenant.
The only shortcoming is that you have to walk one stair upto 7th floor for laundry. There are 3 washing machines and 2 dryers there. The cost is €0.5 for the usage. Sometiems you do not need to pay due to the using lengths of the washing term. E.g. if you wash it with express 20mins, you may not need to pay each time.
If you have tons stuffs, we also have one storage at the basement, just simply ask for the key.
