🇩🇪Hey! Wir suche ab Jänner 2024 eine/n Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin für unsere 95 m2 große 3er WG in Linz /Leonding (Haag). In der hellen und ruhigen Wohnung im dritten Stock wird 1 Zimmer frei. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug und einen Fahrradraum. Die Wohnung hat einen großzügigen Balkon!
Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 12 m2 und kann je nach Wunsch möbliert oder unmöbliert übergeben werden!
🇬🇧Hey! We are looking for a flatmate for our 95m2 flat in Linz/Leonding(Haag). The flat is in the third floor and the building has an elevator and a bike room. In addition the flat has a big spacious balcony.
The free room has 12m2 and its possible to keep the furniture or not.
Die Wohnung liegt gut angebunden und ist direkt an der Ortsgrenze zu Linz. Man braucht ca. 20 min mit dem Fahrrad und 10 min mit der Straßenbahn (Station Haag) in die Innenstadt.(Gehminuten zur Straßenbahn: 4 Minuten) Geschäfte (Billa, Hofer, Penny,..) sind zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit Blick aufs Erdbeerland!! :D
Ich (Hannah) wohnt seit 2,5 Jahren in der WG und arbeiten in der Bio-Lebensmittelbranche.
Ich (Leo) wohne schon länger in der WG und arbeite als Medizintechniker in der Nähe von Linz.
Wenn es sich ausgeht unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen, besonders oft wird gemeinsam vegetarisch/vegan gekocht! Wir betreiben beide gerne Sport und sind auch so für jeden Spass zu haben. Durch die Größe der Wohnung mit Balkon hat trotzdem jeder Platz für seinen eigenen Freiraum.
