Ab Anfang Februar (auch ab sofort möglich) wird in einer gemischten 3er WG 1 Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m² groß und wird ohne Möbel und Ablösefrei übergeben. Das Zimmer lässt sich frei einrichten und hat ein großes Fenster nach Nordosten, welches in eine ruhige Seitenstraße von Linz zeigt. Verkehrslärm spielt keine Rolle. Die Gebäude rundherum sind relativ weit weg und hell, daher hat man immer ein helles und freundliches Zimmer.
Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer beläuft sich auf € 374,68 (inkl. Wasser, Wärme, Strom aber ohne Internet); die Kaution beträgt € 1.500,00.
Beginning with February 2022 respectively now there will be a room to let in a shared flat for three. The room has about 16 m². The room is unfurnished. The total rent is € 374,68 not including wifi but including water, heat and energy. The room is bright and calm, there is a street outside but its not very frequented. The deposit is € 1.500,00.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom schönen Bauernbergpark und ist nur 10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und der Landstraße und ca. 20 min zu Fuß vom Hauptplatz entfernt. Zur 45/46er Buslinie sind es nur 3 min.
The flat is located next to the beautiful Bauernbergpark and only 10 min walking distance from the main train station and the Landstraße. Supermarkets are only few minutes away, Hauptplatz 20 min, and the bus lines 45 and 46 just 3 min.
Deine potenziellen Mitbewohner sind Anna und Denis. Anna macht eine Ausbildung zur Sozialpädagogin und ist 32 Jahre alt. Denis ist ca. 25 und Softwareentwickler. Es wäre schön, wenn sich ab und zu gemeinsame Aktivitäten ergeben würden und es nicht bei einer Zweck-WG bleibt. Die gemeinsame Küche lädt zum Austausch und gemeinsamen Kochen ein, das eigene Zimmer bietet genügend Platz um sich zurückziehen zu können. Wir haben unser ruhiges, entspanntes WG-Leben genossen und unseren eigenen Freiraum sehr geschätzt.

Life there is going to be newly created. It would be nice if there was time for activities together. The kitchen is a nice place to sit and chat. The rooms offer enough space to have some privacy.
