Das Zimmer hat etwa 10m², liegt im 1. Stock und hat ein großes Fenster.
Hinzu kommt Bad, Toilette, Küche, Balkon und Kellerabteil.
Im Zimmer steht ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Bett mit guter Matratze, ein Kleiderständer, und eine kleiner Schrank.
Alle (nicht Möbel) Sachen, die jetzt noch von mir rumstehen, werde ich wegpacken und in das Kellerabteil stellen. Bettbezug und so lass ich natürlich da.

In the room there is a desk, a small cupboard, a hat stand and of cours a bed (with a good mattress).
Except for the furnitures I will put all my personal stuff away and bring it to the cellar.
Duvet covers etc. I will of course let in the room so you can use it.
Die Busanbindung ist gut.
Supermärkte befinden sich gleich ums Eck, auch das A9 ist nicht weit (falls du ein Disco-Fan bist).
A bus stop is right around the corner.
Supermarcets are also a few minutes by walk.
The most well known club "A9" is also not far away (if you like clubbing).
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
The flatmates are very kind and uncomplicated.
