Hello Everyone!
I am not in Linz between September and December. Thus, my room is available for you to live in. :)
The room is nice and cozy in a beautiful new apartment next to JKU. Perfect for students or people working at the university. Also, it is suitable for people working in the city, as the tram and bus station are 1 minute from our place. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities and has a large kitchen. Very nice Balcony to relax.
The apartment is in a scenic place, where you can go running or do all kinds of sports. It is also not on the main street, thus it is quite too!.
You will be sharing the apartment with an Indian Man (age 25), who is a Phd Student at JKU. He works the whole day at the university. He also likes to cook Indian food every day and on weekends go out and have fun.
We are looking for a man or a woman, who knows how to keep the place clean. That's all :)
