Ich, Alex (27) und mein Mitbewohner Elias (18) suchen eine/n Dritte/n für unsere WG (95 m²) in Linz, ab Mitte August.
Die Miete beträgt 295€ inkl. Betriebskosten, Heizung u. Strom. Kaution: 833€
Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist ca. 11m², wir haben aber auch ein großes Wohn-u. Geimeinschaftszimmer und einen Balkon auf der Südseite des Wohnhauses, mit Blick auf das Schlossmuseum Richtung Donau. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden.
Öffis: Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rudolfstraße ca. 3 min Gehzeit und zur Langutstraße ca. 1 min.
