I am renting my room, located in Urfahr- Bim station Harbach.
The room isnt too big, but its very bright and all the necessary stuff are comfortably fitting inside.
It is already furnished with bed, table, wardrobe and small commode.
The room is located opposite from the main road so u cant hear the noise.
The rent is 220e + Strom and Internet together is aprox. 20e.
From the window in this room you can see a lot of green and neighborhood from that side is very nice. On the other side- trams 1,2 and also the bus 38 are literally in front of the building ( with the tram you need 8 min to get to Hauptplatz)
Another good thing is that Peny is right across the street.
My current roomates are 2 nice, kind artistic persons ! They always respect privacy when you need it but are also opened for some nice spending time together- altho the flat is not meant to be a wg- it doesnt have a common living room.
