Ich biete eine helle Wohnung in absoluter Bestlage am Fuße des Pöstlingberges. Das Schlafzimmer führt auf einen großen Balkon (der von beiden Schlafzimmern erreichbar ist) in den Innenhof. Das Wohnzimmer, die Küche, der Essbereich und Eingang der Wohnung sind gemeinsam und sehr offen gestaltet. Die Gegend ist durchwegs ruhig, besonders von Autos wird man verschont. Auf der Seite des Wohnbereiches befinden sich die Zuggleise der Mühlkreisbahn, welche bei offenen Fenster und veraltetem Zug manchmal schon etwas krach machen können. Die Wohnung ist durch einen Innenhof erreichbar, der für Autos gesperrt ist. Das Fahrrad kann unter einer Überdachung abgestellt werden. Gelegen ist die Wohnung bei der Endstation Landgutstraße und in ein paar Gehminuten findet sich die gesamte Hauptstraße inkl. aller Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung kostet insgesamt 471 Euro mit allem drum und dran. Der Wohnbereich, die Küche und das Bad sind größtenteils eingerichtet, bin jedoch offen für Veränderung ;) Da wir hier in einer Wohnanlage sind, befinden sich insgesamt 3 Waschräume in den Häusern umher wo Waschmaschine und Trockner zu finden sind, welche gegen eine kleine Gebühr verwendet werden können. Die Kaution beträgt 1000 Euro.

I am offering a bright Flat with a perfect location close to the Pöstlingberg. The Bedroom is leading to the big Balcony which is facing a yard (u can reach the balcony from both bedrooms). The living area (including kitchen, the living room and entrance) is very open and bright. The area where the flat is located is quite and there are not many cars. At one side of the flat, there is a train passing which can be quite loud if its an old one and the windows are open. The flat is reachable through the yard where cars aren’t allowed. There is as well a roofed place where u can park your bike. The flat is located at the last station of the Tram 4, Landgutstraße, just a few walking minutes from Hauptstraße where all the shops are. The flat costs all in all 471 Euros. The flat is mainly furnished, but am open for change ;)
There are some public washing machines and dryers in three different rooms in the surrounding buildings which we can use for a small fee. The deposit is 1000 Euros.
Wer bin ich und was bzw. wen ich suche.
Ich suche definitiv nicht nach einer Zweck-WG. Ich möchte die Person, die sich zu mir in meine Wohnung gesellt wirklich kennenlernen und nicht nach einem kurzen Treffen entscheiden. Ich selbst bin 27 Jahre alt und Betreuerin für unbegleitete minderjährige AsylwerberInnen. Was bedeutet ich umgebe mich in meinem privaten sowie beruflichen Umfeld mit Personen aus verschiedenen Kulturkreisen. Ich bin ein sehr geselliger Mensch und möchte auch gerne Freunde zu mir in die Wohnung einladen. Da ich aber bald ein berufsbegleitendes Studium beginne, sollte sich das ganze jedoch etwas in Grenzen halten. Ich betreibe gerne und viel Sport, von Wandern über Klettern bis Volleyball bin ich für alle zu haben.

Who am I and whom or what am i searching for.
Am definitely not looking for a functional flat. That means i want to get to know the person which is moving in with me, before he/she is actually moving in. I am 27 years old and I am a carrer for underaged refugees. Which means that I am surround myself in my private as well in my job-related life with people from different nationalities and cultures. I am a very social Person and like to have friends around. As I am about to start studying aside my job it should not be too much. I am really into sports, especially hiking, climbing and volleyball.
