mein Zimmer in der Hauptstraße 9 in Urfahr (über die Brücke und du bist da) wird wieder frei (ab November oder anders nach Absprache).
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 groß und kostet inklusive Nebenkosten ca. 330€
Es gibt ein großes Fenster für viel Licht, also auch super für pflanzen Liebhaber.
Möbel (Kleiderschrank, Tisch, Stuhl, Bett, großer Spiegel) können abgelöst werden, ist aber kein muss.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Vorraum, drei gleich großen Schlafzimmern, Küche, Bad, WC und Wohnzimmer.

my room at Hauptstraße 9 in Urfahr (cross the bridge and you are there) will be available again (from November on, or otherwise by arrangement)
The room is about 20m2 and costs about 330€ including service charges
There is a large window for plenty of light, so it is also great for plant lovers.
Furniture (closet, table, chair, bed, big mirror) can be bought, but it's not a must.
The apartment consists of an anteroom, three equally sized bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room.

-Lentia (Einkaufszentrum) 5 min zu Fuß
-direkt neben dem neuen Rathaus

In der Wohnung wohnen Valentina und Johannes, beide super liebe Lehramtsstudenten, mit denen man gemütlich zusammen sitzen kann.
Damit's nicht langweilig wird suchen wir eine Mitbewohner*in, mit offener und geselliger Persönlichkeit, um auch mal gemeinsam einen Abend/Tag zu verbringen.
Natürlich wird Privatsphäre auch sehr geschätzt und respektiert, aber dafür dient das eigene große Zimmer als super Rückzugsort.
Valentina and Johannes are living in the apartment, both super nice teaching degree student. With them you can have some very nice and comfy evenings.
We are looking for a roommate with an open and sociable personality, to spend an evening/day together.
Of course, privacy is also very much appreciated and respected, but therefore the own big room serves as a super retreat.
