Apart from the 5 rooms for the residents the apartment has: hallway, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen with dinner table, balcony, storeroom.
Zentrale Lage in Linz-Urfahr. In der Nähe sind: Straßenbahn-Haltestelle Rudolfstraße (schnelle Anbindung an Innenstadt und an den Hauptbahnhof) und Mühlkreis-Bahnhof. Stadtzentrum auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufszentrum Lentia. Am Samstag Wochenmarkt am Grünmarkt. Donaupromenade.

Centrally located in Linz-Urfahr. In near proximity: Tram station Rudolfstraße (quick access to the city centre and the main station) and train station Mühlkreis. You can also reach the city centre on foot. Shopping mall Lentia. Every saturday weekly market at the Grünmarkt. Promenade at the Danube.
Ich habe jetzt ein Jahr in der 5er-WG in der Rudolfstraße 43 gelebt, werde aber im Herbst ausziehen und ins Ausland gehen und suche daher einen Nachfolger/eine Nachfolgerin. Einzug voraussichtlich ab 15. September möglich, bin bzgl. genauem Einzugszeitpunkt aber flexibel.
Wir sind Leute aus unterschiedlichen Berufsfeldern mit unterschiedlichen Muttersprachen (wir können natürlich alle Deutsch und Englisch). Ich habe eine gute Zeit mit meinen Mitbewohner/innen verbracht und wir haben uns gut verstanden! Mir hat gefallen, dass wir uns gegenseitig immer gut Freiraum gelassen haben.

I've now lived one year in the shared apartment in Rudolfstraße 43, but I will move out and go abroad in autumn, which is why I'm searching for a successor. Moving in will be possible from 15th of September, but I'm flexible in regards to the exact date.
We are people from different professions and with different native tongues (but of course we all know German and English): I had a good time with my flatmates and we got along very well! I liked it that we always gave each other adequate free space.
