Wir suchen für das geräumige 30m² Zimmer in unserer WG eine(n) NachmiterIn.
In der WG würdest du mit Marlene (Architektur Studentin, 20), Laura (Architekturstudentin 20) und Isabel (Labor technikerin, 22) zusammen wohnen.
Das WG Leben ist sehr gemütlich und jede/r hat sein Leben für sich, aber wir kommen auch gerne beim gemeinsamen Abendessen ins Gespräch. Wichtig sind uns Gemeinschaft und ein freundlicher Umgang, neben einem Gepflegten Umgang mit der Wohnung. Der Putzplan wird gut eingehalten, wer also auch einen kleinen Sauberkeit Stick hat oder viel WG Erfahrung wird das lieben.
Das Zimmer ist mit 30m² das größte der WG und sehr hell. Es ist Straßenseitig gelegen, jedoch hört man diese nicht.
Derzeit ist das Zimmer Möbliert, was jedoch im Zimmer verbleibt kann noch ausgemacht werden.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, auch gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und einen Rad Abstellplatz außerhalb der Wohnung.
Fußläufig zur Wohnung findet man neben einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch den ein oder anderen Bäcker, Chinesen und ähnliches sowie die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Türe.
Die Miete mit allen Nebenkosten beträgt 450€

We are looking for a flatmate for the spacious 30m² room.
In the shared flat you would live together with Marlene (architecture student, 20), Laura (architecture student, 20) and Isabel (lab technician, 22).
Living in a shared flat is very cozy and everyone has their own life, but we also like to talk to each other over dinner. Community and friendly interaction are important to us, as well as taking good care of the apartment. The cleaning schedule is well adhered to, so if you have a little stick for cleanliness or a lot of shared flat experience, you will love it.
The room is the largest in the flat with 30m² and very bright. It is located on the street side, but you don't hear it.
The room is currently furnished, but what remains in the room can still be arranged.
The apartment is fully equipped, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a bicycle parking space outside the apartment.
The apartment is within walking distance of several shops, bakeries, Chinese restaurants and similar, as well as the tram stop on the doorstep.
The rent with all additional costs is 450€
