Room to rent from March!
(German translation below)
We are looking for people to rent our room from March on!!
The room is about 19m2 big and costs 380 € per month for two people together – per person 190€ (including electricity, gas, internet+TV, household insurance). Although, if you want to rent a room alone it will be less, because the additional costs will be paid just for one person (gas, electricity, etc.) - 318€
The flat is 2min away from the tram station Herz-Jesu Kirche in Dürrnbergerstraße 12. By walk it takes about 10min to Hauptbahnhof and 15min to the city centre. It is facing the yard, so you don't hear any traffic. The room is very spacious and cosy, what you can see on the pictures
Currently 8 international people are living in the flat, so you can speak German, English or Polish there! The flat is huge because it has 180m2, 6 rooms, 1 big kitchen, 1 storeroom and 3 bathrooms, so we never had never problems with privacy!
We like to spend some evenings together (cooking, chilling, etc), but it's no rule. So if you don't want and you prefer to have your privacy and rest, everybody will respect it!!

Das Zimmer ist ca. 19m2 groß und würde fuer zwei Leute 380€ (inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet+TV, Hausratsversicherung) kosten. Wenn du allein einziehst wuerdest du weniger bezahlen weil Strom, Gas, Internet etc. dann quasi nur fuer einen Person anfaellt!
Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 Gehminuten von der der Bim-Haltestelle Herz-Jesu Kirche in der Dürrnbergerstraße 12. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10min bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 15min bis in die Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und gemütlich, wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann
Die WG besteht derzeit aus 7 internationalen Mitbewohnern, sodass man auf Deutsch, Englisch oder Polnisch sprechen kann. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 180m2 groß, besteht aus 6 Zimmern, 1 großen Wohnküche, 1 Abstellraum und insgesamt 3 Badezimmern. Über zu wenig Privatsphäre konnte ich mich nie beschweren!
Gemeinsame Abende (Kochen, gemütliches zusammen sitzen,etc) werden gerne verbracht, sind aber absolut keine Zwangsveranstaltung
