Das angebotene Zimmer ist 16qm groß, wirkt aber durch die sehr hohen Decken von über 3 Meter größer.
Die WG hat insgesamt 95qm mit 3 Zimmer und einem großes Wohnzimmer (ca.20qm).

Beste Lage in Lippstadt! Ich lebe hier seit 3 Jahren die Einkaufstraße und Kneipenstraße sind Querstraßen der Cappelstraße, sodass man keine Minute zu Fuß dahin braucht. Die HSHL ist 7 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle die man für den Weg zum Bahnhof oder HSHL benutzen könnte, diese ist direkt vor der Haustür .. also wirklich ->1m :).
Ich gehe oft joggen und skaten oder schwimmen alles ist 600 meter entfernt am Jahn Park gut möglich.
The flat couldn't be better located in Lippstadt. You can reach the shopping mall and the pub street in less than a minute by feet. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the train station, but it is also possible to take a bus, there is a bus stop literally in front of the entrance. The HSHL is 7 minutes away by bike.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner heißen Fabian und Marie. Fabian studiert CVD an der HSHL und Marie macht eine Ausbildung zur Krankenschwester.
Insgesamt geht es sehr ruhig in der WG zu, vor Corona gab es immer mal wieder Spieleabende und große Frühstücke mit Freunden im sonnigen Wohnzimmer.. die Zeiten werden hoffentlich bald wieder kommen.
Fabi is studying CVD at HSHL. Marie is training to become a nurse. The large living room is used (before corona)by us for occasional game evenings or for large breakfasts with friends, as the living room is sunny from the morning, it is perfect for this.
Bitte scheibt mir eine Nachricht in der Ihr ein bisschen was über euch selber erzählt und dann können wir ggf. einen online Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.
Ich ziehe vermutlich schon im März aus sodass das Zimmer etwas früher frei werden könnte.. wenn es vom Zeitraum knapp wird finden wir bestimmt eine gute Lösung.
