In meiner Butze wird Platz für einen neuen Untermieter. In der Wohnung leben neben mir noch meine zwei Katzen. Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine Dachgeschoss Wohnung. Der Dachboden gehört mit zur Wohnung und dein Zimmer befindet sich nach dem Eingang links. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß und hat eine Dachschräge (Nichts wildes). Bilder der Wohnung schicke ich dir in einer Privatnach richt. Die Küche beinhaltet das nötigste zum Leben-> Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Nebenan ist ein kleines Bad bestehend aus Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Es gibt auch Stellpätze solltest du ein Auto haben.
Kurz was über mich:
CVD Student 3 Semester! Ich lege großen Wert auf Kommunikation also sollte dir mal etwas nicht passen oder möchtest sonst etwas dann teile mir es doch einfach mit. Meine Tür steht dir immer offen! Hobbies: Skateboard, Gitarre, Zocken, Netflix, Essen und Bier.

I've got a spot for subleasing in my flat very soon! On top of myself, there are my two cats that live here. The flat is located under the roof and the attic is part of it as well. Your Room would be right next to the Entrance. It is about 13 square meters large and has a slope from the roof, but nothing crazy (Pictures upon asking/dm). The Kitchen contains: Oven, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, water heater and sink. Next to it is the small bathroom which has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a parking spot for you, if necessary.
Shortly about me:
CVD Student, 7th Semester. I really value communication, so if there is anything that you dont like or something you want, talk to me! My door is always open for you.
Hobbys: Skateboard, Guitar, Videogames, Netflix, Food & Beer.
Moving is possible 1st of April.
