In urgent need to leave! I need to return to Australia since my studies has finished and looking for someone to take over!
The room is 21m2 and it is fully furnished! I have equipped the house with all the essentials, including a washing machine and vacuum and it is ready to live in. All furniture I will give you except the electronics. House is in great condition and is very suitable for student and workers.
The kaution was reduced because of the fact that I need to leave (675->500). You can ask 675 from the next tenant. I am willing to give you the refund for my utilises also (around 150->200€)
Walking distance from Hella (5mins), Uni (10 mins), the park, central and kaufland.
You will share the flat with an easy going student from HSHL in Electronics Engineering. He is very easy going and you should be able to get along very easily.
