Das Zimmer ist rechtwinklig geschnitten, sodass sich der Platz ganz gut ausnutzen lässt. Ansonsten passt eben alles wichtige gut hinein. Im gemeinsamen Garten kann man sich gut zum Lernen hinsetzen oder zusammen Grillen. Im Keller kann man bei Bedarf sein Fahrrad abstellen und eine Waschmaschine haben wir auch. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden :-)
Die Wg liegt relativ zentral (10 min Fußweg zum Bahnhof und versch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Firma Hella liegt nur 5 min entfernt, bei der FH bist du zu Fuß in 10 min). Außerdem ist der Weg zum Grünen Winkel, einem sehr großen, schönen, ruhigen Park auch in 5 min geschafft.
Mit dir in der Wg wohnen Jan (Fachinformatiker) und Farhad (Lehramtsstudent). Beide sind rücksichtsvoll, freundlich und aufgeschlossen, man kann Spiele spielen, zusammen n Bier trinken, worauf man Lust hat.. aber man lernt sich ja schließlich noch bei der Besichtigung ein bisschen kennen ;-)
Schreib uns gerne, dann machen wir gerne einen Termin mit dir aus. Zeitlich ist das ab 19:00 unter der Woche möglich, ansonsten am wochenende auch flexibler.
