nette 3er WG im Lippstädter Norden

Hallo liebe Leute,

ein Zimmer in der 3er WG im Lippstädter Norden wird frei!
Ab spätestens Februar 2022 (eventuell auch früher, falls du eher einziehen kannst und wann genau ich ausziehen kann, das klärt sich dann). (:

Die WG ist hell und wurde 2017 kernsaniert.


Dein Zimmer misst ca. 12 m² zu dem aber außerhalb des Zimmers ein sehr großer Wandschrank gehört.
Die Gesamtfläche beträgt ca. 86 m². Die Kaltmiete pro Zimmer beträgt 210,- €. In den Nebenkosten von 93,- € sind Gas, Wasser, Müllentsorgung und Internet enthalten (nicht enthalten und extra angemeldet werden müssen Strom und GEZ, die bei uns immer durch 3 geteilt wurden).

Durch die Haustür tritt man in den Flur. Zur Linken befindet sich dann direkt dein Zimmer und nach rechts befinden sich der Wandschrank, die schöne helle Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und der Waschmaschine, außerdem rechts von der Küche noch ein kleines WC.
Von der Haustür geradeaus kommt man in das große Wohnzimmer mit einem schönen Balkon.
Der vom Balkon aus zu sehende Garten kann mitgenutzt werden.
Vom Wohnzimmer erreicht man das größere Bad mit Dusche und WC.

Das Internet hat eine Downloadgeschw. von 300 Mbit/s und eine Uploadgeschw. von ca. 30Mbit/s
Außerdem befindet sich ein Wäschetrockner auf dem Dachboden. Und es gehören ein Kellerteil und ein Fahrradkeller zur Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert (außer des Wandschranks außerhalb des Zimmers), übergeben wird das Zimmer frisch, weiß gestrichen.

Your room measures approx. 12 m² which, however, has a very large closet outside of the room.
The total area is approx. 86 m². The cold rent per room is € 210. The additional costs of 93, - € include gas, water, garbage disposal and internet (electricity and GEZ, which are always divided by 3 with us, have to be registered and not included).

You step through the front door into the hallway. On the left is your room and to the right is the closet, the beautiful, bright kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine, and to the right of the kitchen there is also a small toilet.
Straight ahead from the front door you come into the large living room with a beautiful balcony.
The garden that can be seen from the balcony can also be used.
The larger bathroom with shower and toilet can be reached from the living room.

The internet has a download speed. of 300 Mbit / s and an upload speed. of approx. 30Mbit / s
There is also a clothes dryer in the attic. And a basement part and a bicycle storage room belong to the apartment.
The room is not furnished (except for the closet outside the room), the room is freshly painted, painted white.
