Depending on the situation we are open to negotiate the move in time:)
It´s a renovated apartment, which is located more outside the city center and therefore closer to the beach/water, while still being good conected and close enough to the center for going to Uni/Work.
Your room is the the bigger one, which has an additional small balcony, with a big window and much light during the day.
The room is equipped with everything nearly new (1 year use by previous roommate) and includes bed, bedside table, big desk + chair, some shelves for clothes or other stuff, as well as a clothing rack and carpet, so basically everything you need:)
But of course you can feel free to add/bring your own stuff!
We have a living room with Couch, TV and a Playstation for everyone to enjoy, which really is a highlight haha:)
The kitchen is, just like the rest of the apartment, such as the bathroom and dinning area, really modern with dishwasher, washing machine and has lot´s of space to cook.
The whole place has many windows, so there is always a lot of light in the apartment, which we love.
All kinds of transportation like bus, train, Sbahn etc. are close by 5-10min walking and take you in 10-40min everywhere in Lisbon (the Centre) or Cascais (the Beach).
We normally make our food shopping at Lidl, which is 7min min from our home, but it also has other supermarkets 10min from us (same goes to farmacies).
There is a swimming pool located 2min from us and a small gym (with classes for mixed martial arts and brazilian jj) also 2min from our home.
Your roommates would be me, Antonia (german, 25) and Rodrigo (brazilian, 26).
We are a couple, share the smaller room and are quite chill and calm people.
I`m studying sociology at ISCTE in Lisboa and work remotely, while Rodrigo, who is doing his master in finance is working as well.
We love the outdoors, the beach and being active (especially gym, brazilian jj, surf) and are the opposite of night/party people:)
Of course you are very welcomed to join us, when we go somewhere or do something.
During the week, next to working and studying, we like to go to the gym regulary and enjoy a relaxed evening with Netflix or playstation. If you know a good series to watch, a nice game to play feel free to share haha;)
We enjoy to cook and would be happy to have dinner (and boardgame) nights together.
As much as we hold harmony and simply a relaxed living-together very highly, we always respect everyones privacy and individuality. No matter the person, we are cool with anything as long as there is good communication, respect and a decent amount of cleaniness, because me (Antonia) is a little bit OCD hahahaha
