although the flat is in the first floor, you have a lot of light coming in. we have 4 rooms, of which we share two as livingroom with sofa, tv and balkony and guestroom with another bed and space to put things...
your room is in the direction of the backyard and therefore quite and with the sunlight in the afternoon/evening.
Roosio is a quite pleasant neighbourhood. there are beautiful parks and quiosques, the best ice cream parlour, some supermarkets and convenience stores around. the next bus stop is right around the corner, the nearest metro is "raot" and just 5 minutes by foot. bairro alto/bica is a stone's throw away and you can easily walk to the city centre.
it's nice and easy-going! Goncalo studies art, but during the summer month he has to work and is out a lot.
the flat and your room are ready to move in. everything is there already!
