The Room is quite spacious and bright with high ceiling and lots of natural light. The room has inside its own private bathroom with a spacious shower, cabinets, toilte, sink and mirror. The apartament it's a T3, has a shared living room and kitchen, storage room (ideal for surfing boards or bikes) and a tiny balcony facing west. The flat receives sun from two sides, one is facing an inside yard (with a very Lisbonese view) and the other a quite street.
The furniture in the picture will stay, currently there is a single bed a double size matrass fits perfectly so if the next tenant wants to buy a new one or bring his or her own, it's possible.
The apartament is located in central Lisbon, 2 min from the bus station and 5 from the metro Anjos (green line). There are lots of bars, cafés and supermarkets around, Anjos is generally a great neighborhood to live in, there is a vibrant expats community but it's also still possible to have a sense of autenticity of a portuguese bairro. It's very well connected public transportation-wise or walking distance to basically everywhere in Lisbon but it's away from the turists crowds. Our street is very quite, especially this room faces an internal court so gets all the light and breeze from the outside without the noise of the traffic. Additionally, we have the beautiful Miraduro of Monte Agudo just 3 minutes away from the doorstep.
Myself I am italian, 27y, been living in Lisbon since 4 years now, I work in a portuguese consultancy firm, I am a passionate cyclcist, into sports and outdoors in general. The other flatmate is Helena, originally from France, she spent the last 3 years between Canada and South America. We both call Lisbon and this flat home and we are looking for someone with the same interest in maintaing a chill and friendly environement, taking care of the common spaces and occasionally share some time, dinner or glass of wine together.
We speak english normally in the house, i speak also italian and portuguese and Helena speaks french and spanish. We both smoke but only in the balconies :)
