Fully furnished room (12 m2) with a balcony overlooking the city - in a beautiful and spacious T3 apartment, starting January 14th. It's a shared apartment in which you'll live together with three others, including yours truly! The apartment has a lot of light and is very spacious (140m2). It's on the 9th floor (two elevators, don't worry) of the building with the 'Lady, Duck and Dog' at just a 3-minute walk away from the green line (in 10 minutes to Cais do Sodre). As we're high up the views and sunsets are stunning!
Other great features of the apartment include: a big kitchen with all the tools you need, big living room (38m2) with 2019-proof entertainment system, comfy couch, Auchan supermarket within 5 minutes, a roof terrace, two bathrooms (you'll share the bathroom with one other person), bed linen and towels, fast internet, a storage room for bikes, parking spot in garage and other stuff, and did I mention the views yet?
The rent for the room is €525 per month, including all utilities, internet and cleaning. The rooms are furnished, and have built-in closets (not included in m2). Minimum stay is 1 month.
