The room is about 10 m2, has a single bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, and a lamp. All of the rooms and the hall have natural wooden floors and the common areas have tiles. All rooms have exterior, double-paned windows with natural light, brightening up the room.
I have a room for rent in central Lisbon. We're about 3 minutes from Avenida da Liberdade and maybe 5 from Marques de Pombal. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of those bathrooms is private and the other is shared among the three other rooms. We have spots for two more people. This advert is for the first room.
Parking may be a problem. There are some garages nearby that you could park in and I could figure out some of the prices if you'd like. I don't have a car personally. So, I don't know all of the ins and outs of this at the moment. Let me know ;)
Also, the place is super central. So, you would only really need a car to drive to some of the beaches further out (better for surfing). But, otherwise you can take the train to Carcavelos (also okay for surfing... but there are a ton of guys out there. So, you'll have to fight a bit for your waves.) which is nice and popular for sunbathing.
I am Canadian and a recent graduate from NOVA School of Business and Economics here in Lisbon. I currently work completely online. My current roommate is German, also studied at NOVA, and is currently working here in Lisbon as well.
We like to cook together and have a drink, laugh, and have a good time. We also do a lot of outdoor sports. There's a really nice park nearby to run or cycle in and the beaches are super close as well. Surf? Let's do it!
