The flat can be occupied by up to two people for a maximum of 3 monthes between June and August (shorter periods are also possible by arrangement).
My girlfriend and I have been living in this beautiful central flat since last year.
The flat is bright and offers everything you need for a nice stay in Lisbon (living room, bedroom, bathroom, guest room, kitchen, storage room, 2 French balconies).
There is really everything in the flat (washing machine, dishwasher, bedding, kitchen utensils, beach umbrella, TV, etc), you don't have to bring anything extra.
The flat is very centrally located and the metro (Baixa-Chiado) and train stations (Cais do Sodre, Santos) are less than 10 minutes' walk away. The famous Miradouro Santa Catarina can be reached within 3 minutes.
A small bonus is that the flat is cool which will be an advantage especially in the hot summer days.
The monthly rent is 1500€, plus wifi (30€), water (10-20€) and electricity (25-40€).
It is very important to us that you treat the flat and our belongings carefully and tidily, as we would of course like to receive our belongings and the flat back in the best possible condition.
