wunderschönes WG Zimmer in Lissabon

Hi,
I am looking for a new tenant for my cozy room in Penha de Franca. I have been living here for about 10 month now and only move out because I need to go back to Germany. If you are looking for a short-term rental (around 3 months), we can discuss that option as well.

The room is fully furnished and has everything you need to feel at home. You will have an amazing view. I can see the river from my window. You will be sharing the flat with Célia (42, Portuguese) and Alex (28, Polish). Célia has a little shop in Alfama where she produces and sells handbags, wallets and other things. (very nice) And Alex is a musician and English teacher.

Also living in the flat are Célias 3 adorable cats. They are super friendly, calm and clean!

Through the kitchen you can go up to our own little private rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and have a spectacular view atop Lisbon and the Tejo.

The apartment is located in the quiet, less touristic district Penha de França.
Just 3 minutes walk away is the Miradouro Monte Agudo (but you have the best view from the roof terrace and kitchen aaaand your future room).
Lidl, Auchan and Minipreço can be reached in about 7 minutes. 2 "lateis" are located directly around the corner. The next subway station "Anjos" is also about 7 minutes away by foot.

Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein wunderschönes Zimmer in Lissabon. Ich habe hier insgesamt 10 Monate gewohnt. Eigentlich wollte ich nur dem Winter in Deutschland entkommen und bin dann hängen geblieben.
Du würdest in Penha de França wohnen. Ich liebe den Stadtteil und würde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen. Hier ist es nicht so touristisch, wie in anderen Ecke, es gibt coole Bars, kleine Galerien.. Seconhandshops und Cafés. Graça ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und Alfama fußläufig in 20-25 Minuten zu erreichen. Dann ist man auch gleich am Tajo (Fluss).
Da wir auf einem der höchsten Berge hier wohnen ist die Aussicht der absolute Traum. Man kann von meinem/ deinem Zimmer den Fluss sehen. Es gibt eine kleine Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser. Ich bin auch ein Fan von unserer Küche, auch hier hat man die Aussicht ...Ja ich mag die Wohnung. Das Badezimmer teilst du dir mit Alex. Célia hat ein eigenes kleines Bad an ihrem Schlafzimmer.

Du würdest hier also mit Célia, Alex und Paulo wohnen. Célia ist die Hauptmieterin, sie ist Portugiesin, hat einen kleinen Laden in Alfama... zur Zeit jobbt sie aber in anderen Bereichen, da der Laden wegen Corona nicht so gut läuft. Alex macht Musik (alles mit Kopfhörern, es ist nicht laut!!) und sie gibt Englisch Onlinekurse. Paulo nutzt sein Zimmer nur gelegentlich, ich habe ihn in der ganzen Zeit kaum gesehen. Das zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus... ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss.
Célia hat drei Katzen, die sich natürlich immer über Aufmerksamkeit freuen ;)

Bei Fragen meldet euch. Ich würde gern noch ein bisschen länger bleiben, muss aber so einige Sachen in Deutschland erledigen.
