Hey people,
we are looking for a new flatmate because I decided to spent the two last month closer to the beach. The room would be available from the 1st of may till the end of june. The flat is really nice and in really good conditions! We have a big bathroom, a nice living room and well equiped kitchen. The room that is going to be free is furnished as the rest of the flat. It contains a bed, closet and desk and has a window with a view on the praca das flores! Really nice! The location of the apartment is perfect. It is located close to Principe Real (walking distance 5 min) and the next Metrostation that would be Rato (10 min walking). There are lots of little shops and cafes around and to Baixa it only takes about 15 min. Bairro Alto is just 5 min away. At the moment we are five girls (two germans, austrian, italian and cathalan).
The rent is 310 total which is perfect for that room and location!
