Hey everyone,
I am going to put this in English so everyone will understand ;). I am looking for someone to take over my spacious, bright room in Parque, city center. It is located right at the metro station (less than 1 minute walk) and walking distance to Nova University. There is also a Pingo doce supermarket right next door.
The room includes a double bed, a big closet, a desk and a chair, a mirror, a lamp, the classic IKEA shelf and two sets of bed sheets. You will also get a very nice balcony that you share with only one other person. The bath room is shared with 2 others.
Besides you, there are 6 other people in the apartment who share one big kitchen with all the equipment you will ever need (3 fritches, microwave, dish washer, toaster, washing mashine). It's 425 Euro with everything included. The landlord is very responsible and takes care of everything you need.
