Ich ziehe demnächst nach Berlin und mein achso geliebtes Zimmer in der WG wird frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m² groß und besitzt 2 große Fenster. Am Tag ist es Super Hell und am Abend sieht man die Sonne untergehen. Die Kaution beträgt 500 € und im Mietpreis ist alles enthalten(Strom,TelefonFestnetz(D+CH),Müll...). Die InnenStadt ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt.
Ansonsten gibt es da noch die Gemeinschaftsräume, wie Küche und Bad. Im Bad hat man alles was das Herz begehrt, von Badewanne bis Dusche. Auch die Küche besitzt so ziemlich alle Gegenstände, die man so im Alltag brauch. In der Küche wird öfters mal was zusammen gemacht. (kochen,trinken,quatschen,etc...)
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, doch wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte, so ist dies natürlich auch kein Problem und man wird in Ruhe gelassen.
Die Mitbewohner Erik, Claudi und Hidemi sind super! ...verlasse Sie nur ungern!
