Alle Zimmer sind komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank. Zur Nutzung stehen auch ein Bad mit Dusche, sowie eine große, vollständig eingeräumte Küche (Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Senseo-Maschine, Geschirr etc.)
Die WG verfügt auch über ein großes, lichtdurchflutetes Wohnzimmer mit Sofas, Esstisch und TV. In der ganzen Wohnung hat man W-LAN empfang(inklusive).
Durch die zentrale Lage in Lörrachs Innenstadt sind die beiden Campi der DHBW Lörrach bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Einkaufsstraße sowie zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nachbarschaft und auch der Bahnhof ist in 5 Geh-Minuten zu erreichen (Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 50m Entfernung, falls man nicht gehen will ;-) )
Die komplette Monatsmiete (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, Müll) beträgt 300€ (zzgl. 1 Monatsmiete Kaution)
