In einer 3er WG wird zum 1.1.2022 ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm groß und schön hell. Es ist möbliert mit Bett (140 cm breit), Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl und Schrank.
Die gemeinsame Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Spülmaschine, großer Kühl-Gefrierschrank, etc. Eine Waschmaschine steht den Bewohnern der Wohnung ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Im Hof stehen genügend Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Hier wird oft zusammen gegrillt oder einfach nur zusammengesessen.
Im Preis von 365€ sind alle Nebenkosten inbegriffen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön auf dem Berg in Lörrach-Brombach gelegen. Der Wald beginnt direkt beim Haus, Jogger kommen also auf ihre Kosten.
Die beiden Standorte der Dualen Hochschule sind gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, man kann natürlich auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzen
Im ganzen Haus gibt es drei 3er WGs, in denen fast ausschließlich Studenten der DHBW wohnen.
