I moved into the room a year ago, its located in Los Feliz, just next to Silverlake. I love it here, that is why I want to keep it for when I come back at the end of the year.
My roommate is super nice and chill and not that much around. You would have to be gay friendly.
I will leave all the furniture for you.
There is also a closet with shelves in the back of the room.
