wird sind in diesem Semester hier eingezogen, aber nun muss ich mein Zimmer ab August 2022 für ein voraussichtlich für ein Semester abgeben.
Die Altbau Wohnung, welche mit hohen Decken und einem gut erhaltenen Holzboden ausgestattet ist, ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz.
Das sonnige Zimmer hat einen Blick zum Hinterhof und ist bereits teilmöbliert (ähnlich wie auf den Fotos).

I’m offering my room and till now the idea is to rent it for one semester from beginning of August 2022.
The room is located directly at the city centre/ old town of Lüneburg and University can be reached within 10 minutes by bike.
The main station is also close and only 10 minutes away by walk.
The sunny room is already partly furnished (quite similar to the pictures).
Internationals are also welcome.
Die WG befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt und ist an der Ilmenau gelegen.
Der Stint und die Einkaufsstraße Am Sande liegt direkt nebenan.
Vom Bahnhof sind es 10 Min zu Fuß und zur Universität braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Min.
Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich quasi „direkt vor der Tür“.
Bruno und ich suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner, aber ich muss spontan für voraussichtlich ein Semester ausziehen und nun vermiete ich mein möbliertes Zimmer unter.
Bruno: 24, IBAE Student, ist eher ein ruhiger Mensch, aber das hält ihn nicht vom feiern ab. Für ein Gespräch und ein Bier ist er immer zu haben.
Er wird dir viel über Schiffe erzählen können, da er eine Ausbildung zum Schifffahrtskaufmann in Hamburg gemacht hat.
Am besten wir lernen wir uns persönlich kennen und schauen ob es passt.
