For the summer semester 24, we are looking for a subtenant for a room in our shared flat in Gaußstraße! The room will be rented furnished and is located on the second floor of the house. It faces the sun and has windows with a view of a small garden.
The house is directly opposite the Edeka supermarket on the Bockelsberg and is about 10 minutes from the university. Two bus stations are in walking distance, no more than 5 minutes away from the house.
Our flat-sharing community is very international and colourful from all walks of life. Yok is doing her Master's degree in International Business and Law and comes from Thailand. She loves to cook and always lets us try whatever she has cooked! Catherine is from Hong Kong and is studying Digital Media in her Bachelor's. She also likes to cook and play games. Our third WG member is Birger. He is already in working life but you may still see him around university, as he is a karate coach in university sports. His passion is his sport and for any problems around the house he is the first place we turn to for advice.
As you might guess, our favourite activity together as a flat-sharing group is to have cooking evenings. We often sit together after our cooking evenings and play games or watch films together. In the summer, we barbecue together in the garden on Birger's grill and enjoy the sun.
We have a very relaxed atmosphere in our shared flat. We place great value on treating each other with respect and are always willing to help each other.
