Zimmer in 3er WG direkt am Campus :)

Du liebst den Campus? Dann bist du hier genau richtig. Zur Bushaltestelle Scharnhorststraße sind es keine zwei Minuten Fußweg. Zum Einkaufen kannst du Penny fußläufig erreichen, mit dem Rad sind es aber auch keine 10 Minuten bis zum Edeka. In der Stadt bist du ebenfalls per Rad in weniger als 15 Minuten. Den Wald und die Ilmenau hast du auch direkt um die Ecke.

The flat is located directly next to the university, from the window you have a great view of the campus meadow. If you´re a late riser this is ideal, as you only need a few minutes to get to class. The bus stop is 2 Minutes away by foot. To buy your groceries you can either go to Penny which is just around the corner, or you could cycle to Edeka in about 10 min. The city centre and the train station are about 15 minutes away by bike or bus. Additionally, there is a forest and the river Ilmenau just behind the building.

Du ziehst in eine 3er-WG ein. Das Leben in dieser WG ist sehr unkompliziert. Gerne wird zusammen gegessen und gekocht oder mal eine Runde Karten gespielt. An warmen Tagen auch gerne draußen auf der Mensawiese! Allgemeine Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist natürlich wichtig, alles weitere ist im Putzplan geregelt. Da sich die WG-Konstellation aber in nächster Zeit etwas verändert, könnt ihr gemeinsam das WG Leben so gestalten, wie ihr es möchtet.
Luise (19) zieht Ende Juli in die WG ein und studiert Digital Media im 2. Semester. Neben Lesen und Gitarre spielen, fährt sie gerne Fahrrad und fotografiert draußen.
Hannah (22) studiert Umweltwissenschaften im 6. Semester, wird aber nächstes Semester ebenfalls ein Auslandsemester machen und ihr Zimmer untervermieten.

You will be living with 2 other people. In our flat we like cooking and eating together or sitting outside playing board games. Of course, cleanness and tidiness are important to us, but that is easily taken care of by taking turns in our cleaning schedule. Because two of three roommates will be studying abroad during the next semester you have the chance to shape life in our flat with your hobbies and interests.
The roommate you will be living with is Luise (19) who will be moving in at the end of July. She is currently studying digital media in her second semester. She speaks English fluently as she lived in Britain as a child. Besides reading and playing guitar she enjoys riding her bike and taking pictures outdoors. Also, she is constantly searching for great movies and shows to watch, maybe you have some suggestions? :)

Da die WG zum Wohnheim Campus 2 von Campus Wohnen gehört, können Studierende, zur Untermiete aber auch Menschen in der Aus- oder Weiterbildung, einziehen. Wenn du zum Wintersemester 2021/22 an der Leuphana anfängst, sollte das aber vermutlich kein Problem darstellen!

As the room in the flat belongs to the student´s dormitory students of Leuphana university are allowed to move in. When you start your study in the winter semester 21/22, that shouldn't be a problem!
For subtenancy it is also allowed for people which are doing a training courses or further training courses at the moment.
