in unsere schönen 110qm Penthouse-Whg ist ab sofort ein schönes, helles und ruhiges 18qm großes Zimmer frei. Mit dir wohnen Silja (30, Referendarin) und noch jemand der sich das ebenfalls frei werdende 35qm, vollmöblierte Zimmer und Wohnschmankerl (auch hier bei wg-gesucht) nicht entgehen läßt.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß etwa 5 Min vom Bahnhof (jedoch mit eine Häuserzeile gut vom direkten Bahnlärm abgeschirmt) und etwa 10 Min vom Stint entfernt sehr Zentrumsnah und doch in einen sehr ruhigen Wohngegend mit unkomplizierter Nachbarschaft gelegen.
Außerdem bietet unsere Wohnung noch ein neues und sauberes Bad mit Duschkabine und Waschmaschine (also kein lästiges in den Keller gehen müssen um zu sehen ob die Wäsche fertig ist!) sowie ne schöne und bestens ausgestattet Küche mit platz für´s gemeinschaftliche Sonntagsfrühstück und dazu auch nen tollen Südseitenbalkon der auch förmlich danach verlangt.
