Hier seid ihr richtig, wenn ihr nach der nicesten Dachterrasse Lüneburgs gesucht habt! Wir sind Merle und Josie und auf der Suche nach am liebsten zwei tollen Menschen, die Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches WG-Leben haben, da unsere WG-Konstellation sich (leider) verändern wird.
Folgender wunderbarer Space wartet darauf, von euch mit neuem Leben gefüllt zu werden:
Es handelt sich um zwei Zimmer, die miteinander verbunden sind. Das heißt: vom Wohnzimmer geht der erste Raum ab, welcher sowohl zur Dachterrasse der WG, als auch zum zweiten, dahinter liegenden Zimmer führt. DER ZWEITE RAUM IST ALSO NUR DURCH DEN ERSTEN ERREICHBAR. Bisher wurden diese Räume häufig von Beziehungs-führenden Menschen bewohnt, die dann zum Beispiel den hinterem Raum als Schlafraum und den vorderen als Chill/-zweites Wohnzimmer/Arbeitszimmer genutzt haben. Da wir sehr gerne in der WG gemeinsam Zeit auf unserer wunderbaren Dachterrasse verbracht haben (Frühstück mit Wasserturm-Blick oder Sonnenuntergang mit Wein....) und diese auch als Gemeinschaftsfläche angesehen haben, bedeutet dies also auch dass wir manchmal durch das vordere Zimmer liefen, natürlich alles kommuniziert.
Natürlich suchen wir nicht ausschließlich nach Beziehungsführenden Menschen - wir sind offen für alle Menschen, die Lust auf ein ähnliches Zusammenleben wie wir haben. Allerdings ist es nicht (!) möglich, nur eines der beiden Zimmer zu beziehen und zu bezahlen(!). Wenn du als Einzelperson oder mit einer/m guten Freund/in Lust auf viel Platz und zwei Räume hast, kannst du dich auch sehr gerne melden. Wichtig wäre nur, dass die volle Zimmermiete übernommen werden kann (Betrag siehe oben).
Ein, zwei, drei Einrichtungsgegenstände können bei Bedarf gerne gegen einen kleinen Abschlag übernommen werden. Außerdem würde noch ein kleiner Abschlag für Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine hinzukommen.

Hello dear people!
If you have been looking for the nicesten roof terrace of Lüneburg, here you will be right! We are Merle and Josie and looking for preferably two people who want to live together in our cozy huge apartment.
The free space has some important features you should know about: It is two rooms, but they are connected to each other, meaning the second room is ONLY accessable by walking through the first room. In the past, these rooms were often rented by couples, who then used, for example, the back room as a bedroom and the front room as a chill/second living room/office. Our wonderful roof terrace is also ONLY accessable through the first of the the two rooms und we always shared the terrace in the WG as a common space (e.g., breakfast with a view or sunset wine tasting....). This means that we sometimes would walk through the front room (after knocking and always communicated of course).
We are not exclusively looking for a couple to move in! We are open to all people who would like to live together in a similar way as we do. However, it is NOT (!) possible to move into and pay for only one of the two rooms(!). If you as a single person feel like having a lot of space and two rooms, you are also very welcome to apply. It would only be important that the full room rent can be paid for (amount of rent is stated above)!!
One, two, three items of furniture can also be taken over for a small discount if required.
Unsere WG liegt mitten in der Innenstadt von Lüneburg. Zu Fuß bist du in 6 Minuten am Bahnhof und in 2 Minuten am Sande, wo es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt und Busse in alle Richtungen abfahren. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 7 Minuten zum Kreidebergsee, in 10 Minuten bist du im Wald an der Ilmenau und in 12 Minuten an der Uni.

Our shared flat is located in the centre of Lüneburg. It's a 6-minute walk to the train station and a 2-minute walk to Am Sande, where you can find various shopping facilities and buses leave in all directions. By bike, it's only 7 minutes to the Kreidebergsee lake, 10 minutes to the forest and Ilmenau river and 12 minutes to the university.
Und nun ein wenig zu uns, die mit euch zusammenwohnen werden:
Josie (sie, 26) studiert Nachhaltigkeitswissenschaften im 4. Mastersemester an der Leuphana und arbeitet als Werkstudentin in Hamburg bei einer NGO in der Veranstaltungsbranche. Sie macht gerne viel Sport, aktuell viel Schwimmen (Freibad, Ilmenau, See, hauptsache Wasser) und Bouldern. Generell verbringt sie gerne Zeit an der frischen Luft, ist definitiv keine Frühaufsteherin, ein Kaffee-Suchti und ein bisschen Nerd, wenn es um Filme geht. Serien-Gucken-Chill-Sonntage sind super! Genau wie Nächte mit gutem Techno durchtanzen. Josie ist der kreative Kopf hinter unseren bisher legendären WG-Partys und braucht aber auch immer mal ihren ausgiebigen Space für sich.
Merle (sie, 23) hat Pharmazie in Greifswald studiert und wohnt seit letztem Oktober in Lüneburg. Sie befindet sich jetzt im praktischen Jahr und arbeitet daher Vollzeit in Apotheken in und rund um Lüneburg (super, wenn man mal das ein andere Medikament benötigt ;)). In ihrer Freizeit macht sie gerne Musik, singt hin und wieder an Wochenenden in einem Projektchor, ist die unangetastete Karaoke-Queen bei uns und geht ab und zu zum Boxen. Am Wochenende ist sie auch mal für ein paar spontane Biere oder für ne gute Party zu haben.
Bisher haben wir zu viert ein sehr gemeinschaftliches WG-Leben geführt, was sich in der Wohnung tatsächlich auch einfach anbietet, mit geteilten Lebensmitteln, tägliches füreinander kochen und viel gemeinsames Entscheiden. Das alles muss aber nicht genau so weitergeführt werden, wir sind komplett offen für neue WG-Gestaltungen, sowohl in Hinsicht auf Themen wie Lebensmittel oder Kochen als alles andere. Eine Zweck-WG möchten wir nicht!! Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn Absprachen eingehalten, wöchentliche Putzdienste ungefragt erledigt und Bedürfnisse offen und ohne Scheu kommuniziert werden. Alles andere können wir gerne in der neuen Konstellation gemeinsam neu gestalten!

Josie (26) (she / her) and Merle (23) (she / her) will live with you in the shared flat.
Josie is studying sustainability science in her 4th master's semester at Leuphana and works as a student trainee in Hamburg. Josie likes to do sports in her free time, so you can often find her in the bouldering hall or the swimming pool. In general, she likes to spend time outdoors, but is also up for watching series or good movies at home (together). Every now and then, Josie can be found dancing the night away with good techno and shes the creative mind behind our legendary WG parties.
Merle studied pharmacy, and is now in her practical year and therefore works full-time in pharmacies in and around Lüneburg. In her free time, she likes to secretly make music in her room, sings in a project choir on some weekends, beats everyone at karaoke nights and goes boxing from time to time (different kind of beating ;)). Especially on weekends, she is also available for a few spontaneous beers or a good party.
Up to now, the four of us have lived a rather communal flat-sharing life, which is actually easy to do in the flat. Of course, life in the new constellation can be redesigned together! However, communication is key for us, plus being reliable when it comes to cleaning duties. We are looking forward to create a new communal living vibe with you together!
Der aktuelle Mietpreis ergibt sich daraus, dass wir verminderte Miete zahlen, aufgrund ein paar Mängel in der Wohnung, um die sich der Vermieter noch kümmern muss (das können wir euch besser persönlich erzählen). Es ist aktuell nicht absehbar, dass sich das so schnelle ändert. Wenn die Mängel aber irgendwann behoben sind, wäre die Miete für die zwei Zimmer um 92,94 Euro teurer!

The current rent amount results from the fact that we pay reduced rent due to some problems that still need to be fixed by our landlord. It is currently not foreseeable that this will change soon, but once the issues are fixed, the rent would then be rising for 92.94 euros for the two rooms. We can tell you the details about this better in person, though.
