Moin zusammen,
bei uns in der WG sind aktuell unbefristet ZWEI Zimmer frei. Die Vermietung läuft per Zimmer (kein gemeinsamer Mietvertrag). Theoretisch könnte auch ab dem 15.09 oder 01.10 eingezogen werden.
Die WG befindet sich am nördlichen Rand der Altstadt und man braucht unter 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof oder nächsten Bushaltestelle. Es gibt in der direkten Umgebung viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch sonst alles was das Herz begehrt. Unsere Wohnung ist im ersten Stock eines Altbaus mit über 3m hohen Wänden. Unsere Wohnung hat einen großen Flur von dem alle anderen Zimmer abgehen, zwei Badezimmer (1x Dusche, 1x Badewanne), Geschirrspüler und eine eigene Waschmaschine.
Beide Zimmer sind etwa gleichgroß (23m²), quadratisch geschnitten und haben je eine Wand mit großen Fenstern. In dem einen Zimmer befinden sich die Fenster auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes in Richtung Straße und in dem anderen Zimmer auf der Südseite in Richtung Innenhof.
Eure neuen Mitbewohner wären Lorenzo ( 25 / PhD-Student in Philosophie an der Leuphana aus Italien) und Kevin ( 30 / Bachelor-Student in Politikwissenschaft an der Leuphana aus Hamburg). Lorenzo ist im Oktober 2022 und Kevin im März 2023 eingezogen. "Alles kann, nichts muss" beschreibt unser WG-Leben ganz gut. Wenn du etwas zusammen unternehmen willst, sind wir für jeden Spaß zu haben, und wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, nimmt auch jeder Rücksicht.
Ob es zwischenmenschlich passt, sehen wir am besten in einem Zoom-Meeting. Grundsätzlich sind uns Geschlecht, Alter und Umstände egal.

TWO rooms are available in our apartment for an unlimited period. The rental contract is made per room (no joint lease).
If you would want to move in mid or end of september this would be no problem either.
The apartment is located on the northern edge of the old town and it takes less than 10 minutes to the train station or nearest bus stop. There are many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and also everything else your heart desires. Our apartment is on the second floor of an old building with walls over 3m high. Our apartment has a large hallway, from which all other rooms branch off, two bathrooms (1x shower, 1x bath), a dishwasher and its own washing machine.
Both rooms are about the same size (23m²), square cut and each has a wall with large windows. In one room the windows are on the north side of the building facing the street and in the other room on the south side facing the courtyard.
Your new roommates would be Lorenzo ( 25 / PhD student in Philosophy at Leuphana from Italy) and Kevin ( 30 / Bachelor student in Political Science at Leuphana from Hamburg). Lorenzo moved in in October 2022 and Kevin in March 2023. "Everything can, nothing has to" describes our WG life quite well. If you want to do something together, we're up for any fun, and if you need some peace and quiet, everyone is considerate.
Whether it fits personally, we see best in a zoom meeting. Gender, age and circumstances do not matter to us.
