Hallo Zusammen, wir sind Günter (oder Günni, 63 Jahre) und Edwin-Adrian (oder Ed/Eddy, 45 Jahre). Wir sind seit 2,5 Jahren verheiratet und haben in unserer Eigentumswohnung noch ein Zimmer frei, das wir gern jemandem zum Wohnen und Leben anbieten/überlassen möchten. Unsere Wohnung hat zwei Ebenen und somit viel Platz, um sich aus dem Weg zu gehen, wenn gewünscht. Außer uns leben wir hier mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern, von den uns einer bis Ende Januar verlässt. Leon (25 Jahre) ist der Dritte von uns. Zu uns gehören noch fünf Fellnasen. Es sind zwei Hunde: Jasper und Luca, sowie drei Katzen: Ivo, Jay-Jay und Mini (unsere Quotenfrau im Haushalt) *lach*. Wir wohnen am Ende einer Sackgasse. Parken ist hier absolut kein Problem und die Bushaltestelle ist max. drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir Aldi, REWE (mit Postschalter), Penny, Rossmann, KiK sowie zwei Apotheken fußläufig erreichbar. Die Miete, auf die wir uns einigen, wäre eine Inklusivmiete, in der pauschal enthalten sind: Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, Waschmaschinen- und Trocknernutzung, natürlich auch die Küche. Leuphana ist lt. Google Maps 15 Minuten mit dem Rad, bzw. 4,5 km von uns entfernt. Bei Fragen kommt gerne auf uns zu. Bis dahin die besten Grüße von uns! :-)

Hello everyone, we are Günter (or Günni, 63 years old) and Edwin-Adrian (or Ed/Eddy, 45 years old). We have been married for 2.5 years and still have a room available in our appartement, which we would like to offer to someone to live with us in. Our apartment is based on two floors so there is enough space for every one of us. Apart from us, we live here with two other flatmates, one of whom is leaving us by the end of January. Leon (25 years old) is the third of us.We have five furry friends. There are two dogs: Jasper and Luca, as well as three cats: Ivo, Jay-Jay and Mini (our quota female ;-) ). We live at the end of a dead end street. Parking is absolutely no problem here and the bus stop is a maximum of three minutes away by foot. We have Aldi, REWE (with post office counter), Penny, Rossmann, KiK and two pharmacies within walking distance. The rent we agree on would be an inclusive rent, which includes: electricity, water, heating, internet, use of the washing machine and dryer, and of course the kitchen.
