Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, aber gerade habe ich keinen Mitbewohner.
Mein Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und hat ein Bett, Nebentisch, Schreibtisch, Sessel, Buchregal und Kleiderschrank.
Die Küche ist klein, aber fein. Toaster und Wasserkocher sind dabei, auch ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle.

The apartment has two bedrooms, but no one is living in the second bedroom at the moment.
My bedroom is furnitured with a bed, desk, armchair, bookshelves and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is small, but fine. I have a toaster and water boiler. There is also a table and two chairs there.
Das Wohnheim liegt direkt an der Uni Lüneburg, mit Busverbindung zu Innenstadt und Bahnhof um die Ecke. Sehr praktisch für Studenten oder Praktikanten. Parken ist auch ganz einfach.

The building is almost on campus (University of Lüneburg). The bus to the city centre and to the train station stops on the corner. It is very convenient for students and interns. Parking is also easy.
Preis ink. Strom, Heizung, Wasser und Internet. Keine extra-Rechnung :) 25€ ist ein einmaliger Untermietzuschlag (für den Studentenwerk).
Die Internet-Verbindung ist super schnell!
Hier ist ein Studentenwohnheim, d.h., man muss entweder Student (egal welche Uni) oder Praktikanten sein.
