Da die Whg. ( 100qm, 4 Zimmer) ab November völlig renoviert wird und die WG, die länger dort wohnte, schon ausgezogen ist, werden die Zimmer zur Zeit übergangsweise vermietet. Die hier angebotenen 2 Zimmer sind 11 und 19 qm groß und durch eine Tür verbunden. Im Moment wohnen 2 Studenten dort, ab Juli ein Student und ein Regisseur. Es ist auch möglich, die Zimmer nur für einen Monat zu mieten. Die Inklusivmiete ( Strom eingeschlossen, Internet und Telefon aber nicht) beträgt 250 €. Welche Art Internetanschluss die Bewohner nutzen, weiß ich nicht.
