Da ich unverhofft schnell eine eigene Bleibe gefunden habe, suche ich jetzt einen Nachmieter für mein Wg-Zimmer im neuen Studentenwohnheim in der Wichernstraße. Es ist ein gut geschnittenes, sehr helles, nach Westen ausgerichtetes Zimmer, das alles beinhaltet, was man zum guten Leben braucht, insbesondere dazu zählt ein EIGENES BAD, was toll ist, weil man morgens keinen Stress hat. Außerdem ist das Zimmer deshalb eher ein kleines Apartment mit Gemeinschaftsküche, also auch ein guter Rückzugsort. Die Lage ist natürlich dazu noch ideal für Langschläfer, der Hörsaal ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein Penny ist ums Eck, so wie auch der Wald. Die WG ist super lieb und offen für alles. Allerdings muss der Mieter Student sein! Im Preis ist eine InternetFlat mit LAN enthalten, es gibt Parkplätze und Fahrradabstellgelegenheiten direkt vor dem Haus und Gemeinschaftswaschmaschienen im Keller.

Hey dear Students!
Today i can offer you the place where i used to live: it is very close to the university, about 5 minutes away and to the supermarket aswell. infront of the house you can do some sports and cross it to get to the library and all the other places to study. The building is very modern, as it is only 3 years old.
The room itself is very light, good size, has furniture in it and a OWN BATHROOM!! In the kitchen there are 2 fridges that you will be sharing with six other lovely students. They are looking forward to meet you!
