Da ich ins Auslandssemester gehe wird mein Zimmer im Zeitraum von August bis Dezember 2016 frei, wobei der genaue Zeitraum bei Bedarf noch abgestimmt werden kann. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß und wird vollmöbliert vermietet, wobei ich natürlich alle persönlichen Gegenstände entferne. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straßenseite aber es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Du lebst in einer 4er WG mit 2 Bädern und einer Gemeinschaftsküche, die bereits voll ausgestattet ist. Dein Fahrrad kannst du sicher im Fahrradkeller unterstellen und innerhalb der Anlage sind auch Waschmaschinen (gegen 2€ Gebühr).
Da das Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim ist, bitte nur Anfragen von Studenten!

searching for a fully furnished room from august - december 2016? you found the perfect 14qm room for your stay in Lüneburg. With 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen within a 4-person-flat with 3 awesome flatmates. The room is towards the street but it's always really quite. Please only contact if you are a student, because this room is offered by the student housing. Next door you find laundry rooms for a fee) and a bicycle room in the basement.
Dein neues Zuhause liegt direkt am Rande der Altstadt! In 5 min bist du zu Fuß im Zentrum von Lüneburg angekommen, in 15 min bist du mit dem Rad am Hauptcampus. Auch zum Bahnhof brauchst du nur 15 min zu Fuß. Wenn du lieber mit dem Bus unterwegs bist, erreichst du die nächste Bushaltestelle in 5min (Bus zum Campus). Der nächste Supermarkt ist Edeka und super schnell in 3min zu erreichen. Auch der Kurpark ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit anderen Worten: perfekte Lage.
Perfect location: you will reach in 5min the oldtown (walking), the train station in 15min (walking), the main campus by bike also in 15min. Next supermarket is really close in 3min (walking). And a park is also nearby.
Derzeit wohne ich mit drei wunderbaren Mitbewohnerinnen zusammen. Die Küche ist immer ein wunderbarer Ort zum schnacken und zusammenkommen. Gemeinsame WG-Abende finden in unregelmäßigen Abständen statt, sind aber natürlich keine Pflicht. Wenn du dich zurückziehen möchtest kannst du dies jederzeit gerne tun. Rücksichtnahme ist uns wichtig, also wenn du (einige) Freunde einladen möchtest, ist das in Absprache eigentlich kein Problem.
Currently I'm living together with 3 awesome flatmates. The kitchen is a great place to sit together and talk - but only if you want to! If you prefer to work you can always close your door and won't be disturbed.
