ich ziehe aus der Wohnung zum 1.3 aus und suche daher einen Nachmieter für das etwas kleinere aber sehr gut geschnittene Zimmer der 2er WG.
Die Möbel auf dem Foto sind nicht meine. Aber ich habe ähnliche, die du evtl übernehmen könntest, musst du aber nicht (Schreibtisch, Bett, Kommode, Schrank, Regal - alles Ikea und in weiß :))
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und du bist in 1min bei der Bushaltestelle. Wobei du den Bus eigentlich gar nicht brauchst - in Lüneburg bist du überall in 10min mit dem Fahrrad.
Einkaufen kann man sogar zu Fuß - 700m bis zu Penny und Edeka.
Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Jule, 22. Sie macht gerade ihren Master an der Leuphana in Wing. Natürlich ist sie sehr nett und auch mal für einen Plausch mit oder ohne Wein in der Küche zu haben ;-).
Wahrscheinlich wird sich die Miete noch etwas mindern, da der neue Stromvertrag mit einem zu hohen angenommen Verbrauch abgeschlossenen worden ist, aber angepasst werden wird.
