Dein Zimmer, hat eine Größe von 15qm und besitzt ein großes Fenster. Durch den Schnitt hat man viel Platz und kann alles unterbringen. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne), eine großen Flur und eine geräumige Küche. Für diese ich Ende März noch eine Spülmaschine kaufe/anschließe (eventuell ein kleiner Anschlag um 50€). Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Keller, Fahrradschuppen & Parkplatz. Über mein Zimmer erreicht man noch einen Balkon, welchen wir dann natürlich zusammen nutzen können :).
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uni (5min zufuß).
Außerdem erreicht man Penny/Edeka in ein paar Minuten fußläufig.
Mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Du würdest mit mir zusammen wohnen. Ich bin Mitte 2018 nach Lüneburg gezogen und mache eine Ausbildung zur Krankenpflegerin. Da ich viel unterwegs bin, hast du die Wohnung auch mal für dich allein. Ansonsten würde ich mich natürlich freuen, wenn man auch mal zusammen kocht oder quatscht. Das keine Zweck-WG entsteht :)
