The room located very near to the train station with only 5 mins by foot.
The room is available for 6 months from 1.10.2019-31.03.2020 (not until 01.03.2020) and it is furnished. Every furnitures are available as shown in the picture. You will also have your small private toilet, and only kitchen and bathroom that you have to share with the owner. The owner is a very nice german woman (50 years old) who usually works hard.
All costs are included within 280€ (Electricity, Internet, gas, water etc.) I personally would love to stay in this room because it's really convenient for traveling from train station and really peaceful. However, I give up this room because I am leaving to the other city and would like to find some others renter.
