The room is located in the 3rd floor of a student’s dorm. It is a 7 people WG and there are 7 rooms in total. There is one common kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms for showering and 2 bathrooms for other needs. The room is 13 square meters in total, with 2 windows and in direction North. Unfurnished.
Transport is possible by bus, but in our area everything is accessible by bike as well. Our neighbourhood is quiet, very close to LIDL and Aldi Market. People from the student‘s dorm are like 25 in total — quiet and nice in general. Leuphana University is 15-20 minutes away by foot, while the city center even more near. There are many health services very near.
From March on, 3 people are leaving our WG. It will remain only me (Serena), Pia, Eli and Vincent. We are friendly and kind people, who get along well. I am a 19 year old international student from Albania who started her studies last semester. Pia, Eli and Vincent are a group of friends who live in this WG for a couple of years now and come from different areas of Germany. They are very nice people who treated me good and made me feel welcomed. Our WG looks a bit messy but is very warm and cozy. It is an interesting WG with enough space and utilities for everybody who lives here. It is filled with antiques, vintages, modern paintings, innovative ways of expressing art, coffee smell and bottles of wine...We are looking for a roomate (of whichever nationality) who is a nice person, outgoing and who has a bunch of hobbies and enjoys sharing some time hanging out, going to walks, or doing other activities with us sometimes. Smoking is allowed in the balcony or downstairs. We respect each other here and also follow some cleaning rules but other than that everything should be fine and accepted. Just tell us as much as you want about yourself and maybe send us some pics :) I hope you can be our next roomate.
