Es handelt sich um ZWEI Zimmer, die sich zwei Personen teilen könnten - oder eine Person kann beides beziehen.
Die Miete FÜR BEIDE ZIMMER ZUSAMMEN (insgesamt 30 m²) sind 680 Euro warm inklusive Internet, Mieterbund, Rundfunkbeitrag, etc.
EINZUG IST AB ANFANG MAI.
Die Zimmer sind ca. 16 und 14m² groß. Sie sind hintereinander angeordnet und haben direkten Zugang zu dem Schmuckstück unserer Wohnung, zur Dachterrasse. Diese ist zwischen den Dächern gelegen und trotz der zentralen Lage super leise. Sie bietet einen direkten Blick auf die Johanniskirche.
Ich nehme euch mit auf eine kleine Wohnungsbesichtigung.
In der Wohnung folgt auf den Eingang ein langer Flur mit den zwei Zimmern eurer Mitbewohnerinnen, einem Vorratsraum, einer Toilette und einer Dusche. Am Ende des Flures gelangen wir in den großzügigen Wohn- Ess- Kochbereich. Von hier aus kommt ihr in die beiden aufeinander folgenden Zimmer. Außerdem geht es von hieraus raus auf die Terrasse - ihr habt also direkten Zugang.
Da die Zimmer unterm Dach gelegen sind, gibt es zwei Dachschrägen.
Unter uns ist ein Möbelgeschäft. Das heißt, es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Musiker*innen welcome!

Neben den 4 WG-Zimmern gibt es einen geräumigen Flur, eine Speisekammer mit Discolicht, eine große Küche mit Sofa-Ecke und Esstisch und eine wunderbare Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Johanniskirche und den Wasserturm. Im Sommer haben wir dort einige Beete mit vorwiegend Kräutern und Blumen und dem ein oder anderen Gemüse. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und hat sogar noch einen Dachboden, den wir als Stauraum nutzen können. Für Fahrräder ist Platz im Flur.

There are TWO free rooms to rent, so either one or two persons could move in. The rent for the two rooms is 680 € in total inclusive internet and Rundfunkbetrag.
YOU CAN MOVE IN AT THE BEGINNING OF MAY.
The rooms are about 16 and 14m². They are arranged one behind the other and have direct access to the jewel of our apartment, the roof terrace. This is located between the roofs and is super quiet despite its central location. It offers a direct view of the Johanniskirche.
Let me take you on a little tour of the apartment.
In the apartment, the entrance is followed by a long hallway with 2 rooms, a pantry, a toilet and a shower room. At the end of the hallway we enter the spacious living-dining-kitchen area. A double door leads to the first of the two consecutive rooms.
Since the rooms are located under the roof, there are two roof slopes
summed up:
The flat is spacious and offers a lot of space. In addition to the 4 shared rooms, there is a spacious hallway, a pantry with disco light, a large kitchen with sofa corner and dining table and a wonderful roof terrace with a view of the Johanniskirche and the water tower. In summer we have some beds there with mainly herbs and flowers and sometimes vegetables. The apartment is in good condition and even has an attic which we can use for storage. There is space for bicycles in the hallway.
Unsere WG liegt im Herzen Lüneburgs. Zu Fuß bist du in 6 Minuten am Bahnhof und in 2 Minuten am Sande, wo es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt und Busse in alle Richtungen abfahren. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5 Minuten am Kreidebergsee, in 10 Minuten an der Ilmenau im Wald und in 12 Minuten an der Uni. Du wohnst nicht in der Innenstadt, du bist die Innenstadt Lüneburgs!

The flat lies in the heart of Luneburg--it’s less than 6 minutes walk to the train station, and within 3 minutes you are right in Am Sande, the main shopping area of the city, with plenty of stores, cafes, bus stops, and even a supermarket in case you’re after some snacks. With a bike, you’re at the Kreideberg Lake in 5 minutes, the Ilmenau in 10 minutes, and the Uni in 12. You don’t live in the inner city--you are the inner city!
Nachdem sich unsere 4er-WG auf die Hälfte reduziert hat, wohnen hier momentan Lotte und Eleonore, zwei Studis der Umweltwissenschaften im 7. Semester. Bei uns ist eine offene und fröhliche Stimmung, die gerne zu spontanen Küchenpartys ausartet. Lotte lernt gerade Gitarre und ist wild am Schrummeln, während Eleonore hin und wieder auf ihrem Klavier klimpert. Es stehen auch Rassel und Ukulele zur Verfügung – also steigt einfach mit ein! Die Küche mit der gemütlichen Sitzecke ist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt der WG: Hier kochen wir gerne auch gemeinsam oder treffen uns zum Plaudern in der Kaffeepause. Dann wird die Küchenhalbinsel in der Mitte des Raumes zum Tresen, Coffeehouse-Feeling inklusive. Basics wie Müsli, Nudeln und Sojasauce teilen wir, ebenso wie unsere Putzsachen – dafür haben wir bisher eine WG-Kasse genutzt. Einen Teil dieser Dinge haben wir bisher von Koko, dem Studi-Unverpacktladen, bezogen - Lotte ist da sehr im Thema. Abends sind wir auch für den ein oder anderen Spiele-/Filmabend zu haben, aber es ist natürlich auch jederzeit ok, mal Zeit für sich zu brauchen und sich zurückzuziehen. Mit Blick auf die Johanniskirche und krumme Backsteinhäuschen ist unsere Dachterrasse das absolute Highlight, welche bei Sonnenschein zu einem ausladenden Frühstück einlädt. Dabei können wir dann dem Trompeter der Kirche lauschen. Wenn ihr den bisher noch nicht gehört habt, wird sich das jetzt definitiv ändern!

After our flat-sharing community of 4 has been reduced to half, Lotte and Eleonore are currently living here, two students of environmental sciences in their 7th semester. We have a very open and cheerful atmosphere, which can easily turn into spontaneous kitchen parties. Lotte is just learning the guitar and is occasionally jamming, while Eleonore strums on her piano. There are also a rattle and an ukulele available - so just get in on the fun! The kitchen with its cozy couches is the centerpiece of the WG: Here we enjoy cooking together or meeting for a chat during coffee breaks. Then the kitchen peninsula becomes the counter, coffeehouse feeling included. We share basics like cereal, noodles, and soy sauce, as well as our cleaning supplies - until now, we have used a shared cash box for this. Some of these things we have so far obtained from Koko, the package-free student store; Lotte is very much into that. In the evenings we are also up for one or the other game/movie night, but of course it is always ok if you need some time to keep to yourself. With a view on the Johannniskirche and crooked brick houses, our roof terrace is the absolute highlight, which invites you to an extensive breakfast in the sunshine. We can then listen to the church's trumpeter. If you haven't heard him yet, that will definitely change now!
Corona macht es uns nicht leicht eine*n Mitbewohner*in bzw. euch ein neues Zuhause zu finden, weil ja alles gerade etwas anders läuft. Für uns ist es daher am einfachsten, die Besichtigung momentan per Videocall zu machen. Wenn ihr damit Schwierigkeiten habt, schreibt uns, damit wir eine gemeinsame Lösung finden können.
