Im Studentenwohnheim in der Salzbruckerstr. steht ein gemütliches und neu renoviertes Zimmer zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer befindet sich in der ersten Etage, so dass immer genügend Sonnenschein zum Wohlfühlen vorhanden ist! Es ist voll möbliert mit Tisch, Stuhl, Bett, Schrank und einem Bücherregal.
Das Wohnheim ist strategisch günstig gelegen, da alles in der Nähe ist. Die Universität ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, das Stadtzentrum ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, der nächste Supermarkt und die Bushaltestellen sind 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Schönheiten Lüneburgs - der Kalkberg und der Kurpark - sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich wohne in dieser Wohnung mit zwei Mädchen, die aus der Ukraine und Italien kommen. Es ist immer ruhig und still im Gebäude, was eine sehr gute Umgebung zum Lernen und Arbeiten gibt! Das Bad und die Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Küche ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet - Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster.
Ich ziehe aus beruflichen Gründen in eine andere Stadt und suche daher jemanden (egal welcher Nationalität), der ab April mein Zimmer übernehmen könnte. Ganz wichtig - Sie sollten ein eingeschriebener Student in Lüneburg sein. Die Miete von 287 Euro ist die Endmiete. Sie beinhaltet nicht die GEZ-Gebühr, die unter den 3 Mitbewohnern aufgeteilt wird. A cosy and newly renovated room is available at the studentdorm at Salzbruckerstr. The room is situated on the first floor, so there is always enough sunshine to make you feel good! It is fully furnished with a table, chair, bed, cupboard and a bookshelf.
The dorm is situated at a strategic location with everything nearby. The university is a 10-minute ride by bike, the city centre is 5minutes away by walk, the nearest supermarket and bus stops are 3 minutes away. Beauties of Luneburg – Kalkberg and Kurpark are also at a walking distance.
I live in this flat with two girls who are from Ukraine and Italy. It is always quiet and calm in the building, which gives a very good environment to study and do your work! The bathroom and kitchen are shared. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities – fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
I am moving to another city for my work, so I am looking for someone(of any nationality) who could take my room from April onwards. Very important – you should be an enrolled student in Luneburg. The rent of 287 euros is the final rent. It does not include GEZ fee, which is split among the 3 flatmates. Feel free to write to me if the offer piques your interest!
