Freies Zimmer in der Bakerstreet!

Die WG befindet sich in der Kleinen Bäckerstraße, direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften, Bäckereien und Restaurants. Morgens und tagsüber gibt es also schon eine Geräuschkulisse, aber abends und nachts ist es meist ruhiger, weil kaum Autos durch die Straße fahren. Wenn du Straßenmusik magst, bist du hier gut aufgehoben! Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle befindet sich Am Sande, einem zentralen Platz in Lüneburg, von dem alle wichtigen Buslinien abfahren (5011 und 5012 zur Universität, mehrere Buslinien zum Bahnhof). Im Innenhof befindet sich ein Fahrradschuppen, den wir uns mit dem Café Bell&Beans teilen. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du die Universität in 10-15 Minuten und den Bahnhof in 5 Minuten. Wenn du kein eigenes Fahrrad hast, ist die nächstgelegene Stadtradstation Am Sande, die etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der WG entfernt ist.

Einkaufen kann man bei Penny (10 Min. Fußweg), einem der beiden Edekas Am Sande (3 Min.), Rewe in der Altstadt (ebenfalls 3 Min.) oder dem großen Edeka Bergmann (12 Min.). Ein großer Aldi ist auch nicht weit.

Der nächste Park ist der Liebesgrund, dorthin läuft man ca. 8 Minuten. Wenn du noch ein bisschen weiter gehst, erreichst du den Kreidebergsee, wo du im Sommer baden kannst.

The WG is located in the Kleine Bäckerstraße, directly in the pedestrian zone with stores, bakeries and restaurants. So in the morning and during the day there is some background noise, but in the evening and at night it is usually more quiet because hardly any cars drive through the street. If you like street music, you are in the right place! The closest bus stop is at Am Sande, a central square in Lüneburg from where all relevant bus lines leave (5011 and 5012 to the university, several bus lines to the train station). There is a bike shed in the courtyard, which we share with Café Bell&Beans. By bike you can reach the university in 10-15 minutes and the train station in 5 minutes. If you don't have your own bike, the nearest city bike station is Am Sande, which is about a 4 minute walk from the WG.

You can shop at Penny (10 min. walk), one of the two Edekas at Am Sande (3 min.), Rewe in the city centre (also 3 min.) or the large Edeka Bergmann (12 min.). A large Aldi isn't far either.

The next park is the Liebesgrund, you walk there about 8 minutes. If you walk a little bit further you will reach the Kreidebergsee, where you can go for a swim in the summer.

Willkommen in der Bakerstreet WG, das sind wir: Emma (22), Elisa (23), Max (26) und Lennart (20).
Grundsätzlich verstehen wir uns als familiäre Wohngemeinschaft und es ist uns wichtig, dass sich jeder bei uns zu Hause fühlt. Deshalb kann man mit uns immer über alles reden - sei es ein kleiner Plausch in der Küche beim Kochen oder wenn einer von uns einfach einen Rat braucht. Wir sitzen gerne zusammen und plaudern, schauen einen Film oder eine Serie, machen Pommes im AirFryer und gehen gemeinsam etwas trinken oder trinken einen Aperol Spritz in unserer Wohnung.

Ich bin Emma, die Person die ihr Zimmer untervermieten wird :)
Ich studiere im 5. Semster KuWi und freue mich schon ganz dolle auf mein Auslandssemster in Rom. Da ich in der Zeit in der du in der WG wohnen wirst gar nicht da bin, erzähle ich dir lieber ein bisschen mehr über die anderen:

Elisa hat letztes Sommersemester in Rom studiert und konnte dort ihre große Vorliebe für italienische Pasta und Eis ausleben, hat sich nach dem halben Jahr aber umso mehr auf die abwechslungsreichere Küche in Deutschland gefreut - besonders auf alle möglichen Rezepte mit Kartoffeln. Sie macht gern Musik, hört Musik, geht genau wie Emma gern auf Konzerte und kann dir eine Privataudienz bei KonRad, der Fahrradwerkstatt am Campus anbieten. Elisa liebt Sprachen und gute Gespräche, gutes Essen, am Wochenende auszuschlafen und gaaaanz entspannt und ausgedehnt zu frühstücken. Sie guckt auch gern mal Fußball und trifft sich für das Hamburger Stadtderby immer mit ihrer Familie in Hamburg, um dem HSV die Daumen zu drücken.

Max wohnt seit einem Jahr bei uns und studiert Umweltwissenschaften. Er hat sein Zahnmedizinstudium in München bereits abgeschlossen und schreibt gerade an seiner Doktorarbeit über irgendein kompliziertes Zahnarztthema. Er hat wahrscheinlich den ungewöhnlichsten Studi-Nebenjob der Welt: Er arbeitet nämlich als Zahnarzt. Max kann aber nicht nur toll Zähne putzen, er ist auch bekannt für seinen breiten Musikgeschmack, seine Leidenschaft für alle Arten von salzigen Snacks, seine Florian Silbereisen Impression und begrüßt dich morgens immer mit einem Lied oder einem Lächeln - keine Chance, dass du nach einem morgendlichen Gespräch mit Max immer noch schlechte Laune hast, weil es so früh ist!

Lennart ist seit diesem Wintersemester in Lüneburg und hat angefangen Kulturwissenschaften zu studieren. Es hat nicht lange gedauert, da hatte er schon eine Dauerkarte für das Scala-Programmkino und jetzt engagiert er sich auch beim UniKino. In anderen Worten: Lennart liebt Filme. Außerdem brennt sein Herz für Borussia Dortmund und er feuert auch gerne mal mit Elisa den HSV an. Nebenbei ist er dabei sein Spanisch auf Vordermann zu bringen. Auch Lennart hat Freude am Kochen und teilt gerne seine veganen Rezepte mit dir. Er ist gern in Lüneburg unterwegs, um sein neues Zuhause kennenzulernen und kommt auch gerne überall mit hin - ob in den Wald für einen Spaziergang oder auf die nächste WG Party.

Welcome to the Bakerstreet WG: Emma (22), Elisa (23) and Max (25). Basically, we see ourselves as a family flat-sharing community and it is important to us that everyone feels at home here. That's why you can always talk to us about anything - whether it's a little chat in the kitchen during cooking or if one of us just needs some advice. We like to sit together and chat, watch a movie or a series, cook fries in the air fryer and go out together to grab a drink or just have some Aperol Spritz in our flat.

I'm Emma, the person who will be subletting her room :)
I'm in my 5th semester of KuWi and I'm really looking forward to my semester abroad in Rome. As I won't be there during the time you'll be living in the shared flat, I'd better tell you a bit more about the others:

Elisa studied in Rome last summer semester and was able to indulge her great love of Italian pasta and ice cream, but after six months she was looking forward to the more varied cuisine in Germany - especially all kinds of recipes with potatoes. She enjoys making music, listening to music, going to concerts just like Emma and can offer you a private session at KonRad, the bicycle workshop on campus. Elisa loves languages and good conversations, good food, sleeping in at the weekend and having a relaxed and extensive breakfast. She also enjoys watching football and always meets up with her family in Hamburg for the Hamburg city derby's a fan of HSV.

Max has moved to Lüneburg for the winter semester last year and started studying environmental sciences. He already finished his dentistry studies in München and is currently writing is PhD thesis on some complicated dentist topic. He's got the probably most unusual student job in the world: He's working as a dentist. But Max is not only good at brushing teeth: He is famous for his wide taste in music, his passion for all kinds of salty snacks, his Florian Silbereisen impressions and is always greeting you with a song or a smile in the morning - no way that you can still be in a bad morning mood after talking to Max!

Lennart has been in Lüneburg since this winter semester and has started studying cultural studies. It didn't take him long to get a season ticket for the Scala cinema and now he is also involved in the UniKino. In other words: Lennart loves films. He's also pretty invested in cheering for Borussia Dortmund and always up to support the HSV with Elisa. He is also brushing up on his Spanish. Lennart enjoys cooking and happy to share his vegan recipes with you. He likes to go out and about in Lüneburg to get to know his new home and to go everywhere with you - whether it's to the woods for a walk or to the next WG party.

Es kann sich an der Miete noch etwas ändern, weil vielleicht eine Erhöhung kommt. Deshalb haben wir den Preis hier etwas höher angesetzt, es kann aber sein, dass wir günstiger davon kommen.
Wir freuen uns über Menschen, die vielleicht schon ein bisschen WG-Erfahrung haben, aber lass dich davon nicht abschrecken, uns zu schreiben!
