Schöne WG in Innenstadt-Lage

Die Innenstadtlage könnte besser nicht sein, wir wohnen in der Katzenstraße im Mosaique, also keine Minute vom Rathausplatz entfernt. Für leckere Franzbrötchen und Kaffee ist das Avenir gegenüber und für ein Bier oder alternative Erfrischungsgetränke liegt das GuMo gleich nebenan.

The location couldn't be better, we live on Katzenstraße in Mosaique, so not a minute away from Rathausplatz. For delicious French rolls and coffee, the Avenir is across the street and for a beer or alternative soft drinks, the GuMo is right next door.

Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich gemeinschaftlich und entspannt und das wünschen wir uns auch weiterhin. Wir sitzen oft spontan am Abend zusammen und halten den ein oder anderen Schnak. Wenn es sich anbietet, wird auch gern mal eine Weinflasche geöffnet oder Tee gekocht, je nach Lust und Laune.

Luisa
ist ganz frisch in Lüneburg und fängt ihren Bachelor in Umweltwissenschaft an. Das letzte Jahr hat sie in Schottland in einer Camphill Community mit vielen anderen Menschen zusammen verbracht. Ansonsten ist sie gern draußen in der Natur unterwegs, versucht sich darin, Schmuck selbst zu machen oder Kleidung umzunähen und ist auch sonst für allerlei zu haben :)

Mustafa
arbeitet in Lüneburg und kocht sehr gerne. Er wird nur noch ein paar Wochen bei uns verbringen

Lisa
22 Jahre und studiert IBAE und Psychologie. Sie mag gerne volleyball spielen, bouldern, kreativ sein, kochen, ausgehen und Kultur. Tagsüber und an Wochenenden ist sie daher oft unterwegs, aber trotzdem liebe sie es mit den anderen Mitbewohnis zu schnacken und vielleicht endlich mal die Wohnung umzugestalten. :)

Nicky
studiert KuWi im Master und arbeitet nebenher in Hamburg an der Kulturbehörde, wo sie lustige Reden für den Kultursenator verfassen darf. Ansonsten triffst du sie Zeitung lesend in der Küche oder beim Podcast hören und Gemüse schnippeln.

Our flat-sharing life is communal and relaxed, and that's what we want to continue. We often sit together spontaneously in the evening and have a drink or two. If the occasion arises, we also like to open a bottle of wine or having a cup of tea.

Luisa,
is very fresh in Lüneburg and is starting her bachelor's degree in environmental science. She spent the last year in Scotland in a Camphill community with many other people. Otherwise, she likes to be out in nature, tries her hand at making her own jewellery or sewing over clothes and is otherwise up for all kinds of things :)

Musafa
moved in a short time ago. He works in Lüneburg, meets his friends and likes to cook sudanese dishes. He willl stay with us for the next weeks, so his room will also be available in some time.

Lisa
22 years old and studies IBAE and psychology. She likes playing volleyball, bouldering, being creative, cooking, going out and culture. So during the day and on weekends she is often on the road, but still she loves to chat with the other roommates and maybe finally remodel the apartment. :)

Nicky
is studying KuWi in the Master's program and works part-time in Hamburg at the cultural authority, where she is allowed to write funny speeches for the cultural senator. Otherwise you can meet her reading the newspaper in the kitchen or listening to podcasts and chopping vegetables.

Die WG ist Teil des Mosaique Haus der Kulturen, dementsprechend läuft der Mietvertrag auch über das mosaique. Daher solltest du dich mit den Werten des Hauses und der Charta identifizieren können. Darüber hinaus freut sich das mosaique, wenn man sich hier einbringt, dass kann alles sein (von Initiativen die Tür aufmachen über eigene Projekte starten etc.). Das liegt aber ganz in deinem Ermessen und wird auch nicht nachgeprüft. Großer Vorteil ist, man hat eine sympathische Hausgemeinschaft und inspirierendes Umfeld dazu. Wichtig ist uns, dass du noch mindestens ein Jahr in Lüneburg und der WG wohnen möchtest.

It is important for us that you want to live in Lüneburg and the WG for at least one more year.
The WG is part of the Mosaique House of Cultures, accordingly, the lease agreement runs through the Mosaique. Therefore you should be able to identify yourself with the values of the house and the charter. Furthermore, the mosaique is happy if you get involved, which can be anything (from opening the door for initiatives to starting your own projects etc.). But this is entirely at your discretion and will not be checked. The big advantage is that you have a friendly house community and an inspiring environment.
