Wir suchen eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in in unser 4erWG!
Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich, mit Teppichboden und inklusive Hochbett (das gegen eine Kaution übernommen werden muss).
Die Gesamtwohnfläche der Wohnung beträgt 120 qm und bietet zwei Badezimmer sowie einen großen Flur und Abstellkammer.
Unsere Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminunten von der Innenstadt Lüneburgs entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 7 min. zu Fuß. Zur Uni (Campus) fährt man ca. 10-15 min. mit dem Fahrrad.
Wir haben in unserer WG sowohl Telefon als auch eine Internet Flatrate. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Bäder (2 Pers. pro Bad).
